1. Job Description
- Develop and implement recruitment plans.
- Develop and implement training plans to improve skills and qualifications.
- Develop plans, monitor, supervise, implement, and report according to the provisions of the Law regarding:
- Occupational safety and health, labor protection
- Fire prevention and fighting
- Labor environment, labor environment monitoring, environmental permits
- Occupational health
- Company ISO system
- Perform other related tasks as required.
2. Job Requirements
- Graduation: University/College/Vocational School in Human Resources Management/Law or other relevant fields.
- Experience: Not required.
- Skills: Communication.
- Personality: Honest, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
- Foreign Language: Not required.
